r-streams offers both free and paid services. Features may vary by plan. r-streams may modify, add, or remove features or services at any time, with or without notice.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. If you’re on a paid plan, cancellation may be subject to minimum term commitments or refund conditions. r-streams may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in cases such as:
A system-wide outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours.
A critical service issue not resolved within 7 business days of being reported.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse r-streams. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to hack, spam, interfere with service stability, or violate any law using the platform.
